Home Blood Pressure Monitoring

We are currently experiencing an increase in the number of home blood pressure readings being dropped off. Please note these are only required for your annual review which takes place in the month of your birth. We will contact you when this is due.

Outside of these times, if you are concerned your readings are high please arrange an appointment with our HCA team or the practice Pharmacist.  Please refer to our Blood Pressure Monitoring page for more information on how to take and interpret your own Blood Pressure, whats normal and out of range, and top tips on how to better your Blood Pressure.
