NHS England Patient Satisfaction Results
Each year NHS England conducts an anonymous patient satisfaction survey which is then published online GP Patient Survey (gp-patient.co.uk). Its a great benchmark against other Andover catchment practices, Hampshire locality practices and National practices ratings. We use this survey to plan improvement projects, We are very pleased with the overall results and that we have improved our satisfaction ratings across all measures expected of us.
In summary
- We are ranked 22nd out of 133 practices in HIOW, in regards to overall practice ratings. We were towards the bottom outliers last year.
- We are ranked 2nd place in our Andover, only 1% behind the leaders. We were rated the worst last year.
