We have teamed up with Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust (HHFT) in order to bring a Phlebotomy service closer to home for your convenience. Our on-site Phlebotomy service operates on a Wednesday morning (8:00 to 12:00).
You will be able to book into these appointments via Patient Access online, the NHSApp or by contacting our reception team on 01264 351144. Note you should only book an appointment if you have been requested to do so by Practice.
This is not a walk in service.
Whilst attending for your Phlebotomy appointment we urge you to participate in receiving a blood pressure review, either conducted by one of our Health Care Assistants (HCAs) or via the self help waiting room device. This information is vital for medication reviews and will help reduce the amount of times we ask you to visit the surgery over the course of a year..
You still have the option to book a Phlebotomy appointment at Andover War Memorial Hospital (AWMH) should you wish, their services operate
