Firstly, Happy New Year. We wish you good health and happiness in 2026 and fully support any health-related New Year’s resolutions you may have set, whether that includes:

- Or any other positive lifestyle change
2025 was a busy year for our practice, but one we consider successful in many ways. We would like to share some highlights with you:
- We care for: 11,007 patients
- Total appointments handled: 67,811
- 17,836 same-day urgent appointments
- 22,679 routine GP appointments, with a high continuity of care rating (average wait time of 7 working days)
- 9,703 Practice Nurse appointments supporting long-term condition monitoring and prevention
- 1,771 First Contact Practitioner MSK physiotherapy assessments
- 3,497 pharmacy-related queries resolved
- 9,555 online eConsultations submitted
- 2,770 other appointment types
- Total prescriptions issued: 156,799
- Total test results reviewed: 85,279
- Total referrals sent: 2,568
- Flu vaccinations administered: 2,301
- COVID vaccinations administered: 1,767
We have received hundreds of positive reviews and significantly fewer complaints compared to previous years, which suggests we are moving in the right direction.
