AMC Staffing Changes
Dear patients,
We are very pleased to let you know of some recent positive staffing changes at AMC.
Dr Murli Thiyagaran is now working with us on a Wednesday in addition to his other days at the practice.
Dr Nina Singh has returned from her maternity leave and is back with us in surgery on a Monday and a Tuesday.
Dr Emma Archard (who was covering for Dr Singh’s maternity) will be staying with us on a permanent basis working Wednesday and Thursday.
Advanced Nurse Practitioner Sandra Barnett also joins us on a Wednesday and Thursday as part of her new role with the Andover PCN.
We are thrilled to have them all with us as part of the (ever expanding!) AMC team.
Due to these changes, a small number of patients have been moved from other GPs to the care of Dr Thiyagarajan or Dr Archard. This ensures patient list sizes are kept equal between the GPs and helps to keep our waiting times down.
We encourage patients to try and consult with their registered GP wherever possible for good patient/Dr relationships and continuity of care.
There is no need to contact us to find out if you have been moved, this will be communicated to you during your next contact with the practice and will not affect your care.
