The Primary Care Access Hub moves to AMC

Mid Hampshire Healthcare (our GP Federation) have been providing evening and weekend Primary Care appointments out of Andover War Memorial Hospital since October 2017. As of 10th January 2022 this great service is relocating to our premises here at Adelaide Medical Centre. The move will allow the provider the ability to extend the service and make use of facilities designed for the types of Primary Care services they provide. The move will also help strengthen their IT infrastructure efficiencies/ business continuity planning.

Our AMC patients will benefit from this relocation. Bring the service closer to home, allowing many more of our patients to use the service who may not have been able to get to AWMH as easily. Our patients will also have familiarity of the setting for those who have anxieties.

The Mid Hampshire Healthcare Primary Care Extended Access Hub provides the following

Opening hours

  • 5pm to 8pm Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 12pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
  • 365 days a year
