How to Register

You can easily register online below or by visiting Reception.

Registration requests usually take 2 working days to process, however if you immediately need to use our services please contact the surgery and we will escalate your registration. If you provide us with a mobile number, you will be sent a SMS text once your account is live.

We ask all new patients to complete either the online or paper registration which includes a health questionnaire. When a patient registers with a Practice it can take some time for your full medical records to be transferred from the previous practice, so it’s very important for the form to be completed accurately so that we can monitor any conditions appropriately.

We prefer patients to register online but if you would like to come into the practice, please attend weekdays between 10am and 4pm. You may wish to download and complete the registration forms prior to attending the surgery.

We have decided not to participate in the ‘NHS Out of Area Registration’ scheme, as we do not believe it’s operationally safe or in the best interest of the registering patient. Our practice ethos is that you are assigned a registered GP who takes ownership and responsibility for your care and we would not want to delegate any responsibility to another provider to respond to urgent home visit requests.

Therefore if you live outside of our Practice area, please see the NHS website for help in finding a GP surgery closer to you.
