Get urgent/same day medical help? In an emergency call 999, if you need help from the Practice, call us on 01264 351144 and ask for the same day triage service. Outside of our opening hours, contact NHS 111.
Book a routine GP appointment? Call us, submit an eConsult or visit the Reception desk. You will be encouraged to book with your named GP wherever possible, an appointment will be offered within 2 weeks.
Request a sick note? Submit an eConsult or visit Reception.
Find out my test results? Use the NHS app where your test results are all available to view or phone/visit Reception after 2pm.

Request a repeat prescription? Through the NHS App/Patient Access, at the Reception desk/post-box, via post, by using an online Pharmacy service and some of the local Pharmacies can request on your behalf if you ask them.
Find out if my prescription is ready to collect? We do not have this information, only the Pharmacy does, please contact your Pharmacy directly. If you use the NHS App you can see when your prescription has been signed by the GP. We will sign all prescriptions within 3 working days (we will always contact you if there is a problem).
Chase up my referral / find out when I will be seen? Once you have been referred, you will need to contact the team you have been referred too to find out when you might expect to be seen.
