Please arrive for your appointment 5 mins before your appointment and not early or late, as we are aiming to avoid queue formation in order to maintain social distancing.

Please do not attend your appointment if you feel unwell on the day. If you are unable to attend, please contact the surgery as soon as you can to cancel the appointment so that we can offer this space to someone else.

To be effective, two doses of the vaccine are required within 12 weeks apart.  A single vaccine is not considered sufficient to provide protection, so it is important to attend for both appointments.
