Practice Closure – Afternoon of Thursday 21st November

Dear Patients,

Advance notice that the surgery will be closed on Thursday afternoon, 21st November, 12.30pm – 6.30pm for staff training. This is being arranged externally and includes all the Andover surgeries. If you require urgent assistance, please use NHS 111 who are fully aware and providing additional cover. 

The NHS App and eConsult will remain accessible for queries and prescription ordering. Please be aware that you will not get a response until the surgery re-opens on Friday morning. For all urgent matters please contact 111.

We understand this may feel frustrating for some but thank you for your understanding, we are committed to continual improvement of the Practice and our service, external training opportunities such as these allow this to happen, benefitting both staff and you as patients in the long run.
